How It Works

Browse the range or tell us what you have in mind: the product, quantity, decoration and your deadline. Not sure what suits your budget or brand? We can recommend options.
Request your quote
Send us your details and logo through our request a quote form. We price your project based on the products, quantities, decoration methods and artwork involved.
Review your quote
We send a clear quote with your options. Quotes are valid for 28 days unless otherwise stated.
Approve your proof
We prepare a proof showing your logo on the product. Check spelling, colours, sizing, placement and quantities. Production starts only after you approve.
Confirm your order
Your order is confirmed once we receive your deposit, purchase order or other agreed confirmation. Unless otherwise agreed, a 70% deposit is required before production begins.
Production and delivery
Your products are decorated and prepared for dispatch. The balance is payable before dispatch, and we deliver Australia wide. Freight is quoted or advised with your order.
Quotes are valid for 28 days unless otherwise stated.
Nothing goes into production until you approve your proof.
